Delivery and Quality Issues

If you believe your order arrived damaged, missing pieces, or significantly failing to meet your chosen package standards, you must contact us within 24 hours of installation. Please provide photo documentation of the display. If verified, we will remedy the issue at our sole discretion via a partial refund or by delivering a comparable replacement item.

**Property Photographs:** We collect photographic records of your completed porch display upon fulfillment. These images serve as verification of delivery, quality control, and may be used for marketing purposes (with personal identifiers such as house numbers or last names fully obscured).
