Seasonal Booking & Delivery Schedule:
Purchases made on this website represent non-refundable reservation deposits for seasonal autumn products and styling services. Inventory and real agricultural supplies are secured immediately using these funds. Deliveries and on-site decoration installations will strictly occur during September 2026. By completing your transaction, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this specific September delivery timeline.

Heirloom Entry creates luxury displays using real, perishable agricultural products. Because pumpkins are live produce, they will naturally decompose, soften, and decay over time. Due to variables outside of our control—including weather, temperature, and local wildlife—some pumpkins may begin this natural process earlier than others.

While our intent is to provide displays that last through the fall season, longevity cannot be guaranteed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for natural pumpkin decay, rotting, or melting once delivery and styling are complete.

Property Protection Disclaimer: As pumpkins age, they can liquefy and leak fluids. To prevent staining or damage to your porch, steps, or floors, we strongly recommend placing a protective barrier (such as a mat, tray, or riser) underneath your display. Heirloom Entry is not responsible or liable for any surface marks, stains, or property damage resulting from natural pumpkin decay or leakage.
