Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide local delivery, professional styling, and installation directly to your front porch or designated outdoor area. We do not ship items through standard mail carriers. The shipping we cover.

 

Service Radius & Delivery Windows

**Delivery Zones:** We only serve residential and commercial properties within our explicitly stated local service area. Orders placed for properties outside this radius will be canceled and refunded.

**Scheduling:** Delivery windows are broad operational estimates. While we strive to meet targeted times, setup dates may fluctuate due to farm supply, extreme weather, or regional traffic congestion.

 

Gate Codes, Access, & Property Preparation

**Unobstructed Access:** It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure our setup team has clear, unlocked, and safe access to the porch or designated area.

**Security & Gates:** You must provide accurate gate codes, entry instructions, or pre-notify neighborhood security guards before our arrival.

**Safety & Obstacles:** The delivery pathway and porch must be completely cleared of pet waste, tripping hazards, or construction debris. All pets must be safely secured indoors.

**Failed Access Attempt:** If our team cannot safely access your porch due to a locked gate, loose animals, or hazardous property conditions, the materials will be left at the closest secure boundary point (such as the driveway or security gate). This will fulfill our delivery terms, and no refund will be issued.
